Rexford Cattanach is managing principal of Keats Group LLC, business brokers and advisors serving owners and buyers of privately held companies. Keats Group is based in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota with affiliate offices located in Chicago, Milwaukee and Omaha. Rexford has twenty years experience in the areas of business sales, mergers and acquisitions, exit planning and business performance improvement.
Mr. Cattanach was senior vice president and partner of a Chicago-based health care management company, and previously senior manager at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, Minneapolis. He is author of the forthcoming book, 'Sell Your Business Without Losing Your Shirt' and the trade newsletter, 'INBUSINESS.'
Rexford a member of Rotary International, serves on the Board of Directors of Lakeview Health System and tutors K-12 students in Saint Paul Public Schools. He holds MA and BS degrees from University of Wisconsin, and he has completed advanced coursework in analysis and appraisal of closely held companies, small business and professional practice valuation, negotiations and investment-commercial real estate transfers.
