Please note that Rexford Cattanach is an Investment Adviser Representative (“IAR”) of AdvisorShare Wealth Management (“ASWM”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As a registered investment adviser and its representatives, Keats Group and ASWM are subject to federal privacy regulations, including Regulation S-P, in addition to this Policy.

As required by law. We may disclose information in response to a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Keats Group, our clients, or others.
In a business transition. If Keats Group were to undergo a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
SMS Communications & Consent. If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, Keats Group LLC may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related updates, and follow-up communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS message data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to communicate directly with you regarding your inquiry, appointments, and service-related updates. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers as necessary to deliver our services, such as SMS messaging platforms, and only for that purpose.
